Surveys and customization

Let's understand your team before we get everyone in the room.

Every team has its own strengths, challenges, and opportunities. I don't believe in showing up with a one-size-fits-all workshop and hoping it works for everyone.

Before your workshop, your people will complete a short survey about communication, trust, collaboration, connection, and how they work together. I'll use those insights and our planning conversation to select and adapt activities around what matters most to your team.

After the workshop, we'll gather participant feedback and revisit key survey questions to understand how people experienced the session and what may have shifted. You'll receive a concise summary of findings and recommended next steps.
