Building stronger communication, collaboration, and connection across four locations.
The Challenge
Before bringing the team together, leadership wanted to strengthen communication across four locations, deepen relationships between team members, and create more opportunities for collaboration.
To better understand the team's current experience, participants completed a Team Health Assessment before the workshop. The results showed a strong foundation, while also identifying opportunities around communication, role clarity, collaboration, and cross-site connection.
The Experience
Rather than spending the day listening to another presentation, the team participated in guided conversations, collaborative experiences, reflection activities, and relationship-building exercises designed to strengthen communication and connection across the organization.
Throughout the workshop, participants explored what it means to support one another, communicate more intentionally, and better understand the people behind each role.

Participants shared that they better understood one another, felt more connected to their work family, and recognized they could lean on one another moving forward. That's the human side of work. And that's what creates healthier teams over time.
